Return Policy

We accept returns for most new and unopened items within a 30-day window from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must remain unused and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Products purchased on clearance are considered final sale and are generally not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where the item arrives damaged. To initiate a return, customers must first contact us via email at palmpalus@outlook.com or by phone at (741) 485-9634 to obtain a Return Authorization. No items should be sent back without this authorization, as returns received without it cannot be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected for compliance with the return criteria. The full refund process typically takes around four weeks. This includes five to ten business days for the item to transit back to our facility, three to five business days for internal processing, and an additional five to ten business days for the funds to appear on the customer’s account, depending on bank processing times. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item.

Clearance items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged. In the event of damage to a clearance item, customers must notify us within five days of receiving the order, and the item must include all original packaging, tags, and labels to qualify for consideration.

Orders can only be canceled within two hours of placement. Once this time window has passed, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled. Clearance purchases cannot be canceled once submitted. By placing an order, customers agree to the prices and terms displayed at checkout. Prices, product descriptions, and images are subject to change at any time, and we do not offer retroactive price adjustments for past or future promotions. Any discrepancies in pricing or promotional offers should be reported within seven days of purchase.

Errors on the website, including inaccuracies in pricing, product availability, or descriptions, may result in order cancellation or correction, even after payment has been processed. Discount codes are subject to specific conditions, such as minimum cart values, and cannot be combined with other promotions or used on clearance items. We reserve the right to adjust or decline codes that do not meet the stated requirements.

We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or loss of parts resulting from user actions. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Apple Pay. The billing address provided must match the cardholder’s information on file, and orders may be canceled without notice if payment authorization fails.
